Vehicle storage in Alfred, serving Prescott and Russell
Indoor seasonal storage is available for vehicles listed in our plans, including RVs, trailers, cars, motorcycles and snowmobiles. Available space depends on the season and vehicle. Contact us with the overall dimensions to confirm suitability before booking.
Our Alfred facility serves communities in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, including Alfred, Plantagenet, Curran, Hawkesbury, L’Orignal, Vankleek Hill, Wendover, Lefaivre, Rockland and Saint-Isidore. We also welcome customers travelling from Ottawa and Montréal. All vehicle storage takes place at the Alfred facility.

Outdoor options appear in the seasonal plans when offered. Ask us to confirm the space and surface suitable for your vehicle.
- Deposit per vehicle: $100 when the estimate exceeds $250, otherwise $50.
- Ask which battery services are available for your vehicle and season.
- Arrange drop-off and pickup appointments with us in advance; consult the seasonal conditions below.
- Payments accepted via bank transfer or cash.
- Personal insurance required while stored on site.

- Deposit per vehicle: $100 when the estimate exceeds $400, otherwise $50; bookings are held only once the deposit is received.
- Vehicle length is based on the actual overall length of the vehicle, not only the model or advertised length. For pricing, any partial foot is rounded up to the next full foot. The final length may be verified at drop-off, and the storage price may be adjusted if the measured length differs from the length declared in the request or contract.
- Remaining payment due on arrival via e-transfer or cash, at which time an invoice will be provided.
- You must keep personal insurance active for the entire storage period and renew it before the pickup date if it expires.
- Drop-off must take place during the first 15 days of the season, and pick-up must take place during the last 15 days of the season. Any drop-off or pick-up outside the assigned window is subject to a fixed fee of $30; any pick-up after the deadline is subject to an additional fee of $5 per day until the vehicle is picked up.
- Remove every propane or gasoline tank from the vehicle before indoor storage to meet warehouse standards. We offer a propane tank storage service at $25.00 (maximum 2 per vehicle) in a dedicated building.
- Battery disconnect and smart charging available for $25.00, otherwise disconnect and take the battery with you.
- Drop-off and pickup appointments require 7 days notice so we can stage your bay.
- If you arrive late to the reserved drop-off time, we may ask you to leave the vehicle in the staging area so we can park it later that day.
- No vehicle access is provided during storage; additional fees apply if we need to retrieve an item for you.
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another vehicle in the same season.
- Tell us if your vehicle leaks oil so we can plan drip trays—bring your own tray or we can provide one for an additional fee.
- Storage fees are based on the vehicle’s length, rounded up to the next whole foot.

Battery maintenance
Battery disconnect and intelligent charging are available as add-on services for indoor storage. Ask us to confirm suitability and seasonal pricing for your vehicle.
Propane tank storage
We store propane tanks separately in a well-ventilated location during your vehicle’s storage season. A maximum of two tanks can be stored.

Check the seasonal dates and conditions before requesting a space. Vehicle access is not provided during storage under the current conditions. Confirm winter drop-off and pickup arrangements with us before travelling. Use the storage request form to provide your vehicle details; we will confirm suitability, availability and the agreement.
